About Dayna
Dayna Jones is a partner at Jones & De La Garza and the lawyer colleagues call when a case moves past the verdict. Her practice concentrates on post conviction writs and appeals, and she has argued before the courts of appeals in San Antonio, Dallas and Corpus Christi and before the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
She holds a degree in International Studies from the University of Oregon and a law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law, was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2007, and is admitted in the Western and Southern Districts of Texas. She teaches Wrongful Convictions and Constitutional Criminal Procedure in the Master of Legal Studies program at St. Mary's School of Law.
